Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for Channel Partners associated with Ayushi Gas Agency, an authorized dealer of Indira Gas & Petroleum Private Limited (“Indira Gas”). This policy governs all financial transactions and security deposits made by Channel Partners, including Dealers, Distributors, and Sub-Dealers.

1. Application Fees

Any application fee paid by the Channel Partner — whether partial, token, or full — is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. License Money

Similarly, license fees received from Channel Partners in any form are non-refundable, regardless of the situation.

3. Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit made by the Channel Partner, whether in part or full, shall be refundable subject to the following conditions:

i. Refund Procedure
  • The Security Deposit will be refunded via a post-dated cheque issued within 90 days after the expiry of the agreement’s term, provided all terms and conditions have been duly fulfilled by the Channel Partner.
  • If a Channel Partner seeks early termination after the lock-in period but before the official agreement term ends:
    • 50% of the Security Deposit will be refunded via post-dated cheque within 90 days.
    • The remaining 50% will be paid after 90 days from the date of agreement expiry.
ii. Forfeiture of Security Deposit

Indira Gas & Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to forfeit the security deposit if:

  • The Channel Partner terminates the agreement during the lock-in period.
  • The Channel Partner is found in default.
  • Any terms and conditions of the contract are breached.

Such forfeiture shall be considered final and binding. No disputes or claims shall be entertained in this regard.

4. Advance Payment for LPG Supplies

In case of contract termination by the Channel Partner:

  • Any pending advance payment will be refunded via post-dated cheque within 90 days.
  • A 30% deduction will be applied to the advance amount to cover tax adjustments, loss of business, and administrative costs.

This deduction is mutually agreed upon and cannot be contested by the Channel Partner.

5. Policy Amendments

This policy is subject to revision at the discretion of Indira Gas with prior notice to all associated Channel Partners.
